To apply for one of our apprenticeships, you need to complete an initial assessment and a skills check to identify your current level of skills and knowledge, this allows us to ensure you are completing the correct level of apprenticeship. We request that you have a GCSE in Maths and English at level C and above or equivalent or, you are willing to undertake functional skills level 2 in English and Maths.
Course objectives: Our apprenticeships allow students of all ages and abilities to benefit from practical, hands-on experience with team leading responsibilities. Applying for this Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship standard, you will enhance your skills and knowledge and as part of the apprenticeship you will cover 8 modules:
- Operational Management
- Project Management
- Leading People
- Managing People
- Building Relationships
- Style, Attitude and Behaviour
As part of this apprenticeship you will also have the option of undertaking a Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work, if this is not already held or has expired. In addition, as this is an apprenticeship you will also need to complete functional skills in maths and English if you don’t already have a C or above (or equivalent) at GCSE.
