Access Overhead Lines Construction Sites (OLEC 1)

Course Information: The OLEC1 Course is the qualification for those who wish to be able to access overhead line equipment construction sites.

Pre-Requisite: Must be over 16 years of age, have passed Drugs and Alcohol Screening and have a primary sponsor.

Course Objective: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of OLE Systems, enabling them to enter an Overhead Line construction site. Delegates will learn a basic understanding of documentation, design drawings and Reporting. Delegates will also gain a basic understanding of Installation Methods and Techniques, an understanding of general safety and a basic use of hand tools.

Duration: ½ Day

Maximum Attendees: 12

Certification: Course results will be uploaded to the Sentinel site within 48hrs.
