Some courses will fit the whole curriculum into 1 day, whereas others will be stretched across 2 or more days, providing you with more information to get your head around. We highly recommend attending all of the training sessions that we provide for your course (especially if you want to be qualified this summer!)
The best way to gather an understanding of the way things work best is to attend railway courses. We carry out railway training at our in-house facilities, where our in-house training experts have access to all relevant training materials.
As soon as you’ve applied to a training course, you will be invited to attend our sessions. The in-house training will be held at our Liverpool training centre, where you will be expected to carry out theoretical assessments and to gain hands-on experience.
If our in-house railway courses are not suitable, we can also offer on-site training. This training is perfect if you’re looking to qualify more than one employee at a time; we bring our training resources to you, ensuring that your employees qualify in time for the summer! Any of the courses we provide are suitable for up to 12 candidates, ensuring that each individual receives our undivided attention.
- Get certified.
When your railway training comes to an end, you will receive an overall score which will determine whether you PASS or FAIL. For those who take part in the railway training that we supply and get involved, it’s likely that you will take a lot more out of our training that you initially thought.
As an employer, you want each of your employees to have a wealth of experience when it comes to working trackside or at the station, putting into practice what they learn from our courses.
The candidates that successfully pass the railway course will receive a certificate to state that they’re liable to work on the railway, carrying out work safely and efficiently.
- Start work.
