Who are the training opportunities for?

The fully funded training opportunities are tailored to those over 16 years old. If you’re aged between 16 and 24 and unemployed, we may just have the perfect opportunity for you!

We offer the fully funded training opportunities for educational purposes. The courses are designed to be informative and useful, ensuring that all candidates take away valuable knowledge and experience.

Training for 16-24-year olds.

The fully funded training opportunities for 16 to 24-year olds are carried out by our team of trainers, here at Real Skills Training. The course covers 12 weeks including 2 weeks work experience in a salon to give you practical hands on feel for what it is like to work in the industry and with many employers, this work experience can lead to apprenticeship programmes with full time employment taking you through to being a fully qualified stylist, barber or beautician and beyond.

This course is delivered to provide candidates with hands-on experience with an employer, virtual classroom session to give you an introduction to hair and beauty and access to experienced tutors to help you kickstart your journey. The training that we provide is ideal for those who prefer to work practically- putting into practice what they know.

The NVQ Level 1 or 2 included in the fully funded training opportunities for 16-24-year olds, making candidates more employable. Maths and English are included in the fully funded training opportunities too.
